Income Tax - Business Entity

All Entity tax returns are a set fee of $695. Bring with you or upload all tax documents to the online portal on Tax Care's website. If you need to file a business tax return bring the company's P&L with you or upload online If you do not have one, then contact the office to make appointment with Bookkeeping before Tax Appointment. 925-688-1400

Payroll

Our flexible payroll services starts at $99/ month this includes the first two employees. $5 for each additional employee. We run your payroll monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly at no additional cost. We offer direct deposit, print checks, or send the net amounts for you to write the checks based on your preference at no additional cost. We fill all required government forms and pay all taxes directly from your linked account at no additional cost. We will issue and mail all W-2's to your employees at no additional cost.

Notary

Please bring your ID and document that needs notarization. We charge $15 per signature. Other services other then notary will cost extra.

Respond to government notice

If you get any notices from the government, I am here to help. Please bring a copy of the notice you received with you. our hourly rate is $80 with a one hour minimum.

Create a Business Entity

Need to create a LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp? I am here to help. Please bring at least three choices for name of the entity you would like to create. Bring with you all personal information for shareholders or members. Name, Address, DOB, SSN, and DL. Our fee is $1500.
